Partner Spotlight: Amberhope Roche Montero
September 21, 2025

Since 2023, Amberhope Roche Montero has been a loyal member of the Tobacco-Free Partnership of Highlands County. She serves as a Community Health Coordinator at AdventHealth, where she works to connect individuals and families with resources that strengthen health and wellness across our community. In her role, she helps address key public health concerns like prevention, education, and access to care. All of which directly aligns with the Partnership’s mission to reduce the impact of tobacco use in Highlands County.

Amberhope’s commitment to service goes beyond her professional role. She is a talented singer-songwriter with a beautiful voice and faithfully serves through Women United with the United Way of Central Florida. Her heart for service is summed up in her own words:

Amberhope’s dedication to health, service, and community is a true reflection of what makes our Partnership strong. A partnership isn’t just a transaction; it’s built over time, nurtured through trust, and driven by shared goals. Amberhope embodies that spirit daily. Whether helping to coordinate food site distributions with partners like AdventHealth and United Way, or giving her time and talents to those in need, she shows us that compassion in action changes lives.

We are grateful for her steadfast faith, servant heart, and ongoing contributions to the TFP Highlands Partnership.
