Partnership Spotlight: Harrison Havery
December 19, 2025

One of the best parts of the Highlands County Tobacco-Free Partnership is the people behind the work. Each quarter, we like to spotlight members and/or community events that help move the mission forward and strengthening our community through service, collaboration, and leadership.

Harrison Havery is a dedicated member of the Partnership and someone who truly believes in giving back to the community that shaped him. A third-generation downtown Sebring resident, Harrison returned home after college with a renewed appreciation for the people, businesses, and relationships that make Highlands County special.

As a Sebring City Councilperson and managing partner and CEO of Heartland Tax & Accounting, Harrison works closely with local businesses by supporting startups, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial compliance. His work helps create stability and opportunity for business owners, which aligns naturally with the Partnership’s mission to promote healthier, stronger communities through education, prevention, and collaboration.

The Highlands County Tobacco-Free Partnership brings together community leaders, organizations, and residents who share a common goal: reducing the impact of tobacco and nicotine use in our community. New voices are always welcome. If you’re interested in learning more or joining the conversation, the Partnership meets next on February 4th at 9:00 a.m. in the County Engineer Board Room501 S. Commerce Avenue. We’d love to see you there!
